Lovely pedigree English goat (Rare breed). She is from a polled line (no horns) and both her kids are also polled.
She is a willing milker but not a huge volume (the kids are still suckling so we have not been able to measure daily yield).
The dam is called Chestnut ISLA, the kids are MORAG and MAUD. Both kids will be registered with the breed society before sale.
We will only sell to people prepared to join the English goat breeders association (EGBA) as these goats are endangered having been brought back from the brink several times by enthusiasts.
We are selling Isla because we have lost some of our (rented) grazing to horse lovers - who have offered more rent.......
Isla is very tactile and friendly and a very good mother.
We have a compatible billy for her at next mating if needed.
