Buddy’s life began with a fight for survival. As a tiny puppy, he was found alone on the cold streets of a Belarusian town — starving, freezing, and barely hanging on. He came heartbreakingly close to not making it. But someone saw him, stopped, and gave him a second chance.
That chance changed everything.
Today, Buddy is a gentle, kind-hearted young dog who’s ready to leave his painful beginnings behind and start a new chapter — in a real home, with someone who will love him forever.
He’s calm, affectionate, and well-behaved. Buddy has lived in an apartment, rides easily in a car, and knows how to be a peaceful presence in a home. He lived with a 12-year-old child and was patient and sweet. He also gets along well with friendly dogs and cats.
Buddy may be shy at first — he’s been through more than most dogs his age. But with just a little time and patience, he opens up and gives his heart completely. He’s the kind of dog who doesn’t demand love — but once he feels safe, he gives it unconditionally.
He’s ready now — ready for his forever family, for soft beds instead of frozen streets, for gentle hands instead of fear.
