Description

I have had Fido from 10 weeks old. Baught up around my spaniel and 3 young kids and gets along great with all. Flead, wormed, chipped, vaccine up to date, approx solid 15kg. He loves attention. He loves attention so much that he gets pretty jealous if the spaniel gets attention 1st so he put his face closer to me so I give him the attention aswell. He knows to stay off the furniture and is fully toilet trained. Strong but great on dog walks & knows to stop when crossing the roads. My 8yr old and 11yr old have both walked him multiple times. The longest he's been by himself in house has been 3hours. (If that helps) Out in public we are still in training.. but he plays great with other dogs but if he's playing for too long, some other dog owners takes the mouth opening of fido's the wrong way and then leave us.. which is sad. They have to understand teething is still in his age gap. "Recall" is great if no dogs are around but he does like to run to a dog and play instead of listening to you call him back... so training is needed there. Chewing bones may be needed as he's started to chew the socks 🙈 When bringing him back for 1st night at 10weeks old, I straight away noticed he likes to sleep in a room with another dog. If you don't have a dog, then he'd feel comfortable sleeping in same room or close by to someone. All 3 of my kids love him so much.. My 8 year old will just be so sad to see him go. But as an epileptic, I think taking on 2 dogs is just too much for me to handle. I thaught it was a good idea at the time. He sleeps in a crate. So he will come with his crate, bed, harness and lead, dog bowls, food and blanket he's had from pup.
