Jazzie is in foster in Solihull, Midlands.
Jazzie is a calm, kind hearted boy with the most gentle nature.
Jazzie shares his home beautifully with Mora the resident dog. They happily eat from the same food and water bowls always taking turns and never rushing or resource guarding- a true gentleman with not a bad bone in his body. He is incredibly soft and careful in everything he does.
He is a wonderfully quiet dog. Very rarely barks. In fact fosterer have only heard one single polite woof when he needed to go outside for a wee.
Jazzie never jumps on furniture, he doesn’t chew shoes or furnishings and doesn’t scratch at doors or carpets.
Jazzie can use a dog flap.
Fully house trained and can comfortably last eight hours or more overnight with no accidents.
Jazzie is a dream to handle. When shown his lead, he stays still whilst you put the lead on. He walks nicely on a short lead without pulling and naturaaly likes to walk on your right hand side. He is alos good on an extending lead and quickly learns where the limit is, allowing him to explore calmy without pulling.
Around the home, Jazzie is the perfect house companion. He loves being around people, sleeps well and is happy to quietly relax on his bed. He’s recently discovered a love for chews.
The only thing Jazzie still needs is a little time and patience with new people. He can be nervous when approached but if given space he will assess calmly an decide whether to come forward or stay nearby. Gentle voices and kindness are working wonders and his confidence continues to grow every day.

BACKGROUND:
We were asked by a desperate member of staff at the local pound in Spain if we could help Jazzie. He was finding the pound overwhelming.
Jazzie was dumped by a hunter for not being able to hunt.
Jazzie is most likely a Springer and was bred as a working dog.

All of our dogs have an international passport (unless born in the UK) and are microchipped. They are fully vaccinated for standard diseases as well as rabies and kennel cough. All dogs are blood tested for infectious diseases including Leishmaniasis, Dirofilaria, Ehrlichia, Babesia, Anaplasma, Lyme and Brucella. All dogs, unless there are medical or behavioural reasons to not do so, will be sterilised. Jazzie is neutered. Please note that we will advise results and treatments upon successful application.
