Nat very kindly agreed to look after the puppy (a female Border Terrier) we had chosen for a couple of weeks while we went on holiday. When we collected her, Nat had everything in order for us (e.g. vax card and bag of puppy food). And she answered all our many questions helpfully. The puppy was quite timid initially as she got used to our home and the other dog (a male Beagle) but is now gaining in confidence and happiness.
