We are looking for a loving home for our beautiful German Shepherd, Luna.
Luna has been a cherished part of our family for the past two years, but due to having to look after a family members with medical issues, we sadly need to find her a new forever home. This is heartbreaking for us, especially after losing her brother earlier this year.
Luna is an affectionate, playful, and gentle dog, especially with children. She adores spending time with our daughter, who is wheelchair-bound and has special needs, Luna instinctively comforts her with love and patience.
She enjoys treats, cuddles, and belly rubs. At home, she is calm and doesn’t bark, although she may “talk” when the doorbell rings. One of her quirks is barking at the vacuum, as she thinks it’s a fun game. She also loves balloons and walks in the park
Luna is still learning to walk nicely on the leash, as she can pull, and she can be wary of other dogs after being attacked by an off-leash cane corso. That said, she previously lived happily with our two other dogs before they passed away, and for the past seven months she has been our only pet.
Luna will make a wonderful companion in the right home someone patient, loving, and ready to give her the care and attention she deserves.
