Description

Meet Dory, she is just over 4 months of age, her KC name is Bowydd Finding Nemo and lines can be seen on the whippet breed archive. She is looking for a loving pet home. We have bred Dory ourselves and kept her back from the litter, however we have realised that this has been a bit ambitious of us considering how many dogs we own, 3 kids and both working full time. So she is looking for her forever home now, while she is till young enough to adapt and love a new family.  Dory lives in the house, I would say she is doing great with house training we have had no accidents in weeks, training of course still needs to be in place and consistent, but she does understand going out to the garden, and she will whine and pace when she wants to go in the kitchen for water or go out. She is crate trained and sleeps in her crate all night in the living room with a cosy blanket over the crate. The crate is dry now every morning and has been for weeks. She is left from around 11pm till 7.30am. She walks well on and off the lead, we own other adult dogs so she doesn't stray far and stays with the pack, recall is there however she does have the older dogs to follow, if she went to a home on her own that training will still need to be in place. We travel in the car daily to go on walks and she has travelled to ringcraft classes in the car, she travels well, at times she dribbles but there is no whining. She is well socialised, has been to ringcraft classes. Lives with 4 adult dogs and 3 kids in a busy house. She is not left long on her own as she has the other dogs and I work from home mostly so adapting to a new home and working patterns will need to be introduced maybe. She is Microchiped, fully vaccinated, health checked, KC registered.  She will come with her favourite toys and blanket with our smell on it which will hopefully help her settle. Any questions please ask. Thank you
