In the videos attached please meet leesa the rescuer, her mum carol doing the videos etc., the resident vet & the beautiful ‘Muppet’.
A little bit about their history because they are not defined by it & get through it like the phenomenal gentle souls that they are Muppet was just a baby when she found herself without love, hope or compassion & the next minute she was carted off to a government pound. Clearly this spirited little gal isn’t letting it define her & if you took away the backdrop and replaced it with William Morris wall paper you’d never know she’d ever been deserted. Her nature is one of completion & eternal hope.

As the saying goes ‘hope springs eternal’- and ‘Muppet’ desperately clings onto it as though her life depends upon it. What it actually relies upon is a home- she doesn’t know that. Alls she’s aware of is this-‘not much going on here though when a human visits if I throw myself at their feet -legs akimbo I have a good chance of getting my belly rubbed’. Little Mups presents herself with an air of expectation yet she has only ever been made to feel worthless. I always find the juxtaposition of their huge pleasure & happiness in such little human contact so incredibly poignant & heart fracturing. How can muppet make us her priority when humans considered her their rubbish? I think we are very fortunate to be blessed by their goodness and faith in us. You will be made to feel special in every moment with her. What human can give us that? If you are looking for a pal that will consider you her whole world and do anything to be a part of yours- that’s muppet. You can look forward to spooning, cuddles, loyalty & utter joy. She has collie in her though smaller. She’s a really petite stature. As she’s a mix breed she isn’t going to need any more than love & your average walks, camping trips for example & enclosed parks for a runaround. She is an INSTANT companion & I can assure you you will never look back. She can harmoniously join a resident dog as clearly seen but I think this affection seeker character might like all your heart to herself. Who can blame her.
Please note: every dog is an individual & different aspects present themselves dependant on their companion (is that you?) & as they blossom in their new secure environment. For example a dog that does not walk in a shelter may cant along like they are at crufts day two in a new home
