Description
Rain is a blue self mini lop doe (photos 1-4). Born on July 31st 2021 she is now 2 years and 6 months old. She has had one surprise litter (which all babies healthy). She had one vaccination before I got her which I still have the paperwork for. She has not been spayed. Rain is a very sweet girl who loves to explore. She gets on well with other rabbits and is used to other animals (dogs). Marvin is a black otter mini lop buck (photos 5-8 and videos). Born on May 23rd 2021 he is now 2 years and 9 months old. He has not been vaccinated or neutered. Marvin is such an adorable little boy. Absolutely loves a good scratch especially on his nose (as you seen from the videos on this post). He is very friendly and loves to explore. Does well both with other rabbits and on his own. Is also used to dogs as well. Onyx is a black self mini lop doe (photos 9-10). Born on July 31st 2021 she is 2 years and 6 months old and is looking for a pet only home (cannot be bred). She is sister to Rain. Onyx is friendly, she’s not keen on the initial picking up but once she being held she’s fine. She is quite small for her age but still very sweet. Harli is a black harlequin mini lop doe (photos 11-14). Born on April 21st 2022 she is now 1 year and 10 months old. She is daughter of Marvin and Gracie. She is very small for her age but one of the most affectionate rabbits I’ve known. Like her parents Harli will come running up to the hutch door to come and say hello. She is used to being handled and doesn’t mind it. She loves cuddles and is just such a sweet girl. Harli needs to be with other rabbits as she does not do well on her own. Harli has not been spayed or vaccinated. She has had one litter and like her mum Gracie she did amazingly with them. Lavender is an iron grey mini lop doe (photos 15-17). Born on April 13th 2023 she is 10 months old. Lavender is daughter of Harli and Moriarty. She has not been spayed or vaccinated. Lavender is a sweet girl. She is used to being handled. Lavender loves to explore and will sometimes escape the hutch. She is currently living with her mum Harli and friend Violet. They all get on well together…so she can either live on her own or with other rabbits. Violet is a black self mini lop doe (photos 18-19). Born on the April 14th 2023 she is 10 months old. She has not been spayed or vaccinated. Please note Violet is going through her first malt…she had lost (or pulled) her fur from both her sides…it is starting to grow back on. She is absolutely fine - the first malt can look really bad. She is a very sweet girl was bit on the small side but seems to be catching up. She doesn’t mind having cuddles. Violet is currently living with Harli and Lavender and gets on well with them so could either live on her own or with other rabbits. She is daughter of Rain and Panda. All rabbits will come with a birth certificate, boredom breaker toy and a bag of change over food (which is all included in the price). All rabbits are £60 each. I do require a small deposit (£20 per rabbit) to be made as I have been let down in past. I do have four three tier hutches for sale too. Two of which are empty and ready to go - one is in very good condition with only two small hole on the wall and floor of the bottom hutch (but can be easily fixed); the other hutch is in need of fixing before using it as the bottom hutch there’s a big hole in the floor and the middle hutch has a hole in the side (I believe they could be fixed). Both hutches have been emptied but not disinfected as it’s been told cold to leave them to dry. Hutches are sold separately and are not included in the price of the rabbits. If you have any further questions please let me know.

Buyer's checklist for rabbits

1

Be responsible, do your research first

Getting rabbits is a massive commitment, so make sure you have researched all of their general needs, and those specific to their breed fully and have the time and commitment necessary to care for the rabbits. You can read our detailed information guide about rabbits for potential new rabbit owners. If you are looking for a rabbit to keep your rabbit company remember that they will both need to be neutered and that a male / female pair works best. Rabbits are a long term commitment as they can live up to 10 years.

2

Rabbits need a friend and space

Rabbits should never be kept alone, they need the company of other (neutered) rabbits. They need space to stand, hop, jump and run, and safe places for hiding. The absolute minimum space required 24/7 for up to 2 average sized rabbits is area 3m x 2m x 1m high.

3

Health check & welfare

It can be difficult for the average person to check if a rabbit is healthy or not. The seller should be willing to let you take the rabbit to a vet of your choice for a health check and return the pet within 48 hours for a full refund if there are health issues. If the rabbit has already been health checked, make sure you have this documented and phone their vet. Also remember rabbits need to be neutered so that they can live with other rabbits, and vaccinated annually to protect them against myxomatosis and RVHD1 and 2. Register with a rabbit friendly veterinary Practice. We would advise that you read the following article containing rabbit care and welfare information provided by the Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund (RWAF).

4

Report, don’t support!

If you believe a rabbit may be subject to irresponsible breeding, do not “rescue” the rabbit by rehoming it. Walk away and report the seller to us immediately.

5

Rabbits must be 8 weeks when collected

Rabbits must be at least 8 weeks old and fully weaned before they can leave their mothers. Most responsible sellers will keep their rabbits longer than this before they let them go to new homes. Make sure you take some of the food with you so you can change over to your own food gradually.
