Thrown away as a baby… Maya is now fully grown and still behind bars.
Not a single person has ever asked about her. 😔
MAYA’S story begins like a nightmare — found with her siblings Luca and Freya as tiny puppies , dumped in a bin left to die. Thankfully their cries were heard … They were taken into foster until space became available at the shelter where she had sadly waited ever since.
Maya has spent the first two years of her life behind bars growing from a tiny puppy into a beautiful, gentle giant. And still… no one comes for her.

We’re looking for a kind, experienced rural or semi-rural home, with a secure garden, and ideally a friendly male resident dog. Equally MAYA could live as an only dog
MAYA will need a patient kind understanding person who is willing to take the time she needs to help her learn how to slowly fit into a home life.
Maya is affectionate and playful, desperately longing for a home to call her own.

Maya is ok with cats and other dogs, walks on a lead, but will need more training around roads and traffic
