We have reluctantly made the decision for Elsie to start looking for her forever retirement home as due to her petite adult weight she isn’t suitable to be added to our breeding girls. It’s through no fault of her own as she is an adorable gentle Cavalier who will make a great addition to any family. Elsie is our 2 year old Black and Tan Kennel Club Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and weighs in at a small 5kg. Elsie is a real lap dog and doesn’t enjoy long muddy walks, but much prefers garden toileting and the indoor life. She’s very gentle, affectionate and has a stunning Black and Tan coat which will need regular brushing. Elsie would thrive in a loving home with another Cavalier (or similar small, gentle dog) for friendship and play. She enjoys calm companionship, cosy naps, and being part of a family’s daily life. Elsie is fully health checked including clear BVA eye test and DNA clear for Episodic falling (EF) Curly Coat and Dry eye (CC/DE). We are able to transfer her current insurance (which we have never claimed on) to the new owners. Due to her clear blood line and clear health, we are asking for £1000.
