🧡 Temperament & Training
Charlie is a gentle soul with a heart full of love. His calm and affectionate nature makes him an ideal companion for families and individuals alike. He’s exceptionally friendly, always eager to be by your side, and enjoys cuddles and companionship.
His intelligence shines through in his training. Charlie is progressing well with his house training and is already responsive to recall commands. His eagerness to please and quick learning make him a joy to train.

🏡 Living Environment
Charlie has been raised in a loving family home, accustomed to household noises and socialized with children and other pets, including our cats.
He has been raised on the ground floor of my home and had free run of this area so he is accustomed to normal household activities and noises.
He’s full life but calm for a cockapoo enjoying lots of cuddles. He enjoys playing with balls and of course our slippers!!
He loves his daily groom and is so affectionate with people, including my grandchildren.
He has travelled locally in my car without incident. We have made a positive start with his house-training and he is very responsive when I recall him. He’s an intelligent charming baby who will steal anybody’s heart. He is showing so much affectionate and promise. He should make a fantastic family pet.
Health:
Charles has had his first vaccination and a comprehensive documented health check.
He has been checked for heart murmurs, skin conditions, under or over-bite, umbilical hernias and more, and he has been given the all clear!
He has been well wormed from 2 weeks of age every fortnight with either “Drontal” or “Panacur”.
He has been treated with “Frontline Plus” for any fleas, ticks and other parasites. He was-treated lastly with “Nexgard” (prescription med) which will cover him for most parasites.
He has been microchipped ready for registration into his new owner’s name.
His diet is “Purina” puppy food which I feed 4 times per day, supplementing with salmon oil for his joints brain and coat and chewy treats too!
Mother:
Mum is my lovely chocolate and tan KC Cocker Spaniel, a real fuss pot who loves to sit leaning on my legs at night whilst watching TV…… she has been superb, taking this her role very seriuosly. She is the friendliest Cocker just wanting to be next to you and retrieve endless balls!
Prior to mating Mum was health-checked by our vet. She is fully vaccinated and has not experienced any health concerns throughout her life.
She is DNA health checked clear for:
Eyes unaffected by Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)
Heart clear of any inconsistencies or murmurs.
Acral Mutilation Syndrome (AMS)
Familial Nephropathy (FN)
Father:
Father is a KC Registered Stud Dog. I carefully chose him for his personality (super friendly), extensive health checks and his stunning red coat. He has had multiple litters of healthy puppies. He is a true minature poodle standing at 15” to his shoulder.
He is DNA health checked clear for:
Eyes unaffected by Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)
Rcd4 PRA / LOPRA clear
Degenerative Myelopathy
Neonatal Encephalopathy
Von willebrand disease
I have copies of all the parent’s and puppies’ health checks and KC paperwork.
I will provide a sales contract for your reassurance and I would finally ask that you maintain some contact with us so that we can be assured that the puppy is settled and you are happy together. The occasional photo would be lovely so we can share a little of your journey too?
I am looking for the best of loving homes for Charlie where he'll be provided with love and care throughout his life. I would prefer that people have experience of owning a dog or who have a dog in their family and understand the needs of their pet. I do not want Charles going to a home where the owners will be going out to work 40 hours a week without any dog care arrangements.
My history:
I am a retired nurse who has become a Registered Licensed Breeder as my retirement project. I have received the highest 5 star rating. I am so passionate about my dogs and their health and welfare are my priority. They are much loved, giving me hours of pleasure and are treated as members of my family. My pets are health tested and fully vaccinated. They are socialised in the community and take part in local Dog Shows where we win a few rosettes and have fun too! We also complete some therapy work at our local LD centre.
