I have owned Bichons for the last decade and have a lot of knowledge behind this breed. I also groom Bichons so I can offer advise on this also. Both mum and dad have a very chilled nature. They are socialised and love people.
Bichon Frise are a beautiful breed with a warm nature. They love having a companion and will show lots of love and affection. Generally they are great with children and playful enviroments.
They 'can' have seperation anxiety so it isnt recommended to leave them for long periods. They do settle better in pairs or with other dogs as they dont like to be alone. On the plus side they are very social and adaptable. They are quite intelegent and love being rewarded, so its fun to teach them new tricks and they will put on quite a show.
Due to their beautiful coats they do require regular grooming and maintenance.
They are not greedy dogs and like to graze unless they feel they have competition with other animals. They are very chilled and will be happy to sleep all day but do benefit from exercise for both health and mood. With thw right care, they make the best family addition.
The most like the father. Confident but is very laid back compared to the others. The biggest and most affectionate. He responds well to commands already.
