Hudson was born in Crete in July 2024 and found himself thrown onto the streets unwanted.
Luckily, he was rescued and has been fostered in Crete until he was able to travel to find a new life.
Hudson is now in foster care in West Sussex and ready to find his forever home.

Where does Hudson sleep at night?
Hudson sleeps in the kitchen with our other dogs. He curls up in the dog bed and sleeps through the night.
How is Hudson with the current pets?
Hudson is a friendly, easy boy. He lives with 3 other dogs in foster, and no issues at all. He is calm and chilled in the house, and he plays with other dogs nicely. Hudson is keen to say hi to other dogs on his walks.
Is Hudson clean indoors?
Yes, he has been a good boy and no messes indoors. He goes to the back door when he wants to go out.
Can Hudson be left alone?
Yes, he curls up on the sofa and sleeps. No crying or stressing.
Is Hudson out on walks?
Hudson loves his walks. Hudson is a hound type, and his nose is down and looking for adventure. Hudson was off lead in his foster home in Crete, but the area is different to the UK; we have busy roads and more wildlife, so we are not sure if Hudson could be let off here day to day. He would need some recall training and practice in secure areas.
We have taken Hudson to a secure park, and he loved it. He loves to run and had his best time. He came back to us when it was time to leave.
How does Hudson walk on the lead?
We use a front clip harness, and he walks lovely. He can pull a little if just on a Collar and lead. But this may be new as lots of new walks.
How is Hudson with humans? He is a complete snuggle buddy. He wants to be cuddled with you on the sofa. Although happy to be alone in his bed but he does enjoy human cuddles and is very affectionate and sweet-natured.
Have you noticed if Hudson is afraid of any particular things? Hudson is getting used to UK traffic and day-to-day noises very quickly. At first he was wary of cars on the road walks but now is fine.
Any other useful information? Hudson is a very sweet-natured soul. Loving, clean indoors. He loves the garden and other dogs.
Ideal home: We feel Hudson would enjoy other dogs in the home. He needs a family who can do recall training or be happy to walk him on lead for adventures, and now and then have off-lead time in a secure area. Hudson is a soppy, affectionate character who will bring smiles to any family.
We require children to be aged over 12 years, and adults over 30 years of age.
