Male English Bulldog, 3YO. “Blue” is his name. Only rehoming due to him being my brothers bulldog (he’s been badly treated) and now my brother has gone to prison for a very long time. Unfortunately I work 2 jobs myself and have a small family so we can’t accommodate, I wish I could. Blue is a lovely dog however he has a lot of skin complications, general bulldog problems (eyes, anal glands etc) and it’s an expense I really can’t afford to take on if I’m honest. I don’t want anything for Blue I just want to know he’s going to a lovely loving family and home. He’s very content, he’s a bit smelly (I have tried to bathe him but I think it’s aggravating his skin more). I’ve taken him to the vets however there’s no records for him (due to my brothers negligence, he’s not been the best looked after). I’m just hoping to find someone who knows what they’re doing with the bulldog breed and who can give this boy the life he deserves. I feel so guilty doing this but I feel it’s the right thing to do. Our mother is elderly and not well so it’s not an option for him to go to family or friends. Local shelters are all full and no longer accepting at the minute. I’m so worried and just don’t want to let him down anymore than he has been already. Looking for someone who can get him sorted, get his skin and fur back on top form along with his vet checks, treatments, medications and so on. Please only get in touch if you can keep up with the maintenance of an English Bulldog. From my knowledge he’s very good around other dogs and children.
