✨ About Joky
Joky’s sweet eyes tell her story. She's SO longing for love. She’s a gentle girl who has survived far too much sadness in her life, but despite everything, she remains kind, forgiving, and hopeful.
She can be shy when meeting new people, but with patience and encouragement she blossoms, showing her silly and sweet side. She loves a comfy bed, greeting you in the morning, following you about the house, and will even try to sneak a slipper if she thinks you’re not looking!
Her cheeky little zoomies are the best reward when she feels safe. 🥹
Joky is also working with an amazing professional behaviourist to help build her confidence who comes to our home. She’s already doing incredibly well and just needs a family who will continue her journey with kindness and reassurance. 💖
📖 Her Story
Joky spent years on the streets before being taken to a cruel shelter where food and water were scarce. The dogs were left to fight for survival, even eating rocks from hunger, leaving some broken teeth. There was little shelter, no warmth, and no love. Joky endured all of this until Happy Shelter rescued her and gave her a chance at life.
Now she’s here in the UK with us her foster, safe and finally ready to find her forever home!
