Rucha is a super cute and petite German Pointer weighing 16kg. She was rescued from a Spanish hunter who didn't want her and is currently in foster with other dogs and gets on well with all. She is timid with people initially but very affectionate when she gets to know you.
She is still a bit wary on walks and jumps when she hears loud noises and needs to be walked with a 3-point harness to keep her secure. But in spite of this she really loves her walks and is getting braver all the time.
At home when she's feeling confident she becomes hugely playful, energetic and puppy-like.
An ideal home for her would be with another young, playful dog, patient but energetic adopters who love to walk and a mostly calm environment.
Her adoption fee is a contribution towards the much higher costs of rescuing her and includes transport within Spain and to the UK, spaying, passport, vaccinations and parasite treatment.
