Meet Delboy, a confident, food-loving lad who was rescued from a horrendous Romanian kill shelter by the experienced team of Pennypaws Rescue. Despite his awful past, he’s remained trusting with people and has a big personality packed into a smaller frame.
He gets along with some dogs and might do best with a smaller, calm female companion. He’s affectionate, alert, and will thrive with someone who understands rescue dogs and can offer structure and kindness.
