Bineswych Billy 'Monty' working Springer Spaniel is a well marked handsome liver and white who is an extremely sound, well rounded and stoic dog available for stud. Although Monty is slim, he more than makes up for this through grit, determination and a fearless approach to flushing in all terrains and vegetation.
He is quality bred and has over 40 FT CHs in the previous 5 generations, his sire is FT CH Brocklinton Bertie. I spent time picking him to work and produce good quality litters, which we have had 2 successful litters to date.
Monty has completed 2 seasons on the beating line of a big shoot and is currently showing great abilities on smaller shoots where he needs to be extremely steady and works close. He has been easy to train from a pup and showed a true natural ability from the offset. Monty is fully focussed on the job in hand when working and is a very chilled out dog once he has finished for the day. Monty does pick up when needed, but this is very rare.
Monty has had a full KC registered DNA test and is clear for AMS, Fuco, PFK, but is a carrier of PRA Cord 1, which is reflected in the stud price.
