These two lovely rabbits are looking for their forever home.
We took in Whiskers and Thumper after finding them neglected in a nursery, giving them the space and attention they desperately needed. However, we know we've done as much as we can for them, and they really need more space and more attention than we can give them. We would love to keep them, but we know we've given them the stepping stones they need to really excel in a bigger home.
They are both indoor and outdoor rabbits, spending winters in our summer house and summers in an outside enclosure, but with the size of them and their stamina we know they need more.
Both rabbits are very energetic, friendly and playful. They love nose strokes, jumping around the garden, and being given lots and lots of yummy treats.
As siblings, they're very close, so it would be best to keep them together as they can be very protective of each other.
It may take some time for them to warm up to you, because their previous home left them with a lot of nerves and uncertainty, but once they trust you they're lovely pets with great personalities.
They need a lot of stimulation and activities otherwise they can become restless and destructive, so make sure there are always toys for them to chew on or play with.
