Description

I lost my beloved pug Poppy recently and Frankie is now a lone dog. My eldest son is moving out soon and Frankie will be subjected to 13 hours alone a day. She deserves better. Frankie either needs a companion or someone who's is home more, but I am not in a financial position to take on another animal nor cut my hours at work. Who is?? Frankie is a beautiful girl, I love her to bits and this is going to break both myself and my children's hearts but it isn't fair. She's alone 3-4 days a week, sometimes as long as 6am to 8:30pm. No dog deserves this life. It was different when my girl Poppy was alive, they had each other. But not anymore. She really is a great little girl, amazing with children and other animals. Since Poppy died (15th May), she's had a few pee accidents in the house but she never did this before. I think she is just grieving but I am just being entirely honest about the whole situation. She has not been walked in over 2 weeks and this isn't the life she deserves. She must go to someone who will walk her regularly and preferably someone who's is home during the week. She is very loving!! Zero health problems. Has vet prescribed flea and worm treatment and is next due on 23.07.25 for flea and 16.08.25 for worming - I have a few months of treatment for her. Frankie has not been spayed, I do not want her to be used for breeding. I rescued her from a breeder (she was never bred due to him having health problems and closing his breeding business) so I want to ensure she is saved from that life. She is KC registered. Not that it matters to me but it matters to some. She's honestly amazing. But she deserves more than the life I can provide right now. And I am so ashamed of that.
