Lux came into our rescue through no fault of his own. He is a truly lovely young boy, eager to please, smart, friendly to everyone and of course playful and affectionate like all collies.
Lux needs an active home where he will get plenty of walks, runs and adventures with someone who has the time and energy to put into him. He is house trained, crate trained, knows basic commands and is eager to learn. He gets on with other dogs but can get jealous so another friendly, neutered dog that doesn't mind this or a home as an only dog. He hasn't been cat tested in the home but he has met outdoors with little reaction. Kids need to be 7yrs and above as he hasn't lived with younger kids before. Lux can pull on the lead so a strong confident owner is a must. He is being trained to a head collar so hopefully this will make this better. Lux will be neutered by our rescue as soon as he is ready and so will be adopted out on a neutering contract. He is fully vaccinated and micro chipped. If you have experience with collies and love the breed then get in touch if you can offer him the home he deserves. He has come from a loving home so is a very loving boy who just wants a family of his own to share life's adventures with.
