A hard decision has been made to put my two cockatiels up for sale.
The first picture is believed to be female named rio. (No confirmation of this just going off what i was told) She is roughly 2/3 years old. Before she came to me she had an injured wing which impacted her ability to fly but recently has been showing positive steps to be able to fly. The avian vet said she probably won't be able to fly 100% because the injury wasn't dealt with straight away (again this occurred BEFORE my ownership). She is 1/4 tame I would say. When she feels like it, she will step up on your hand but otherwise just enjoys chilling.
My second cockatiel is Sydney who again is believed to be a boy going of what I was told. He is believed to be around 4 years old. I took him in with the hopes of being able to tame him as his previous owners said they had started to when he was young but unfortunately life commitments took over and stopped this from going forward. Unfortunately I've had no luck with what I had planned out and I believe he would be better suited as an avavairy bird although again he is quite happy to chill out on top of his cage and have a fly around and do whatever he pleases.
Both of these are used to just being free flying birds I.e I've never shut them in a cage, they've always been able to come and go as they please like my other parrots do.
They are not a bonded pair, I got them at separate times, so they can go either together or separately.
They're both fine with other parrots as I said I have others. Both are generally healthy and in good condition (apart from what's mentioned about the female Rio)
