Description
Unfortunately, we're having to make the decision to rehome our two gorgeous ginger girls, Gigi and Edie, who are just 4 months old.
Gigi – the lighter ginger kitten
Edie – the darker ginger kitten
Both are incredibly loving, affectionate and well-behaved kittens with lovely little personalities. They're playful, gentle, love attention and are always happy to curl up next to you for a cuddle.
A little about their personalities:
Edie loves a cuddle, if you work from home, she'll often come looking for affection and happily settle down on your lap while you work. She absolutely loves having her chin rubbed and being stroked. She loves to play and is ridiculously fast when playing with the wand!
Gigi absolutely loves a belly rub! When she's relaxing or falling asleep next to you on the sofa, she'll often roll over, expose her belly and stretch out for you to give her a fuss. When playing, she'll sit back and wait for her change to pounce, definitely more cautious when it comes to investigating new areas.
Both are brilliant with young children
The girls have grown up in our family home with myself, my partner and our 3-year-old daughter, so they're very used to being around young children.
Our daughter adores them and loves picking them up, carrying them around and giving them cuddles. They're so accustomed to her attention that they're incredibly relaxed and patient with her, happily allowing her to pick them up and carry them around without making a fuss.
They're very gentle, tolerant little kittens and are already well socialised with family life, including the noise, excitement and attention that comes with having a toddler around!
We would really love for them to be rehomed together.
They've grown up side by side and are completely inseparable. They play together, sleep together and cry for each other when they're apart. We'd hate to separate them, so finding a loving home where they can stay together is really important to us - they are also very easy to look after together as they keep each other entertained.
Why are we rehoming them:
Sadly, both my partner and I suffer from cat allergies, which we didn't know before getting them, and since my partner became pregnant, her allergies have become significantly worse, and we've reluctantly come to the decision that we can no longer keep them.
This hasn't been an easy decision, as they're very much loved and have become part of our family. We just want to make sure they go to a wonderful home where they'll receive all the love and attention they deserve.
We got both of them from the same litter, from a loving home and have had them since they were 12 weeks old.
