Archie is a smart, affectionate, and energetic dog who loves long walks, and playing with his favorite ball. He’s been a loyal companion and has so much love to give — but he needs a very specific kind of home to thrive.
Important Info:
Archie struggles with reactivity toward other dogs and strangers, and he can be anxious in busy environments. He has bitten once when startled, so he must go to a home without children or other pets. He’s made great progress with training, and with continued structure and patience, he’ll keep improving.
Ideal Home:
Experienced dog owner (preferably with behaviour or training experience)
Quiet, calm household with a secure fenced yard.
Willing to continue positive reinforcement training.
No kids or other animals.
Buddy is not neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. I’m happy to provide his training notes, favorite toys, and ongoing support to help him settle in.
He’s not a “starter dog,” but for the right person, he’ll be an incredibly rewarding companion.
