Bear is a 3 year old French Bulldog, who is about 13kg. He would like a home where he will find companionship for most of the day. He can live with children and could potentially live with another dog, but no cats.
Sadly, due to unavoidable circumstances, Bear is looking for a new home. He is very much loved by his guardians, and finding him a new home is an absolute last resort option – needless to say, they are heartbroken. We are doing what we can to help find him the most amazing, loving home we can.
Bear is just a lovely, typical French Bulldog. He loves cuddles on the sofa, and chilling in his favourite spots around the house. Unsurprisingly for this breed, he is a good snorer too!
He may be able to live with another dog pending successful meet and greets. He gets very excited about other dogs and just wants to play. Therefore, he may take a little calming down for the first hour of an initial interaction.
If you’re looking for a great little companion to stay with you through the day, Bear would love to be your ‘man’. He isn’t too keen on being left alone for more than 2 hours, and so he could not be left alone every day.
He enjoys his walks, but needs to stay on his lead as his recall is unreliable.
Bear is sensitive to certain foods and so is fed on a raw food diet to avoid itchy paws and ears. He is doing very well on his current diet, with no itchiness.
Bear is booked to be neutered on 28th July.
All in all, Bear is just a sweetheart of a dog who is lovable and loving. He’ll make a lovely friend for the right person/people.
