Description

This has been a very hard decision to make and decide, we are even considering just keeping them if we can’t find a genuine home for both of them but we are struggling keeping three cats. Oreo, is the mother cat the black and white, she is currently around nearly 3 years old in a couple of months and her kitten who is now 3 months old now which we have named chipmunk but obviously she can be renamed🙂, at the start i did not plan to have any cats but oreo was a young kitten that was going to be a stray as the original owners of hers were going to leave her behind alone when moving to a different country, please bare in mind she was an outdoor cat from the start. So i found homes for her siblings and mother and kept her as ive been told she was a male, but of course she got pregnant and i didn't found out until she gave birth on me on my bed😆 so i was in a pretty big shock. i only had experience with male cats growing up so this was new for me, however i took care of all of them and found good forever homes for her kittens, around that time i was considering to go get her spayed but her being an outdoor cat she has obviously escaped again while in heat, the second pregnancy was hard as we had to make some cut backs due to having to provide for the kittens and her, after that i consulted with the vets, she had a total of three pregnancy including this and it was a stressful time as she would go on to escape( families comes over and always opens the garden doors or kitchen windows) so it was hard to keep her inside, she is now finally spayed and recovered well🙂 she’s a very affectionate cat and always purrs, she is still very much active as well as her kitten but both are shy cats! they would not suit a loud environment, oreo runs once she hears a knock on the door that is how shy she is, her kitten is a clingy kitten that likes to follow me around the house and even sleep on my bed (not an outdoor cat) i haven’t let her out as she is just a kitten, id feel much better having them be together in their new homes rather than separated and stressed, i want someone who can provide a safe environment for them both and love them unconditionally, spoil them in ways that i couldn’t too. Pretty sure oreo would still want to be outside as she’s been like that as a young kitten, for how long i’ve had her i’ve had no issues on her ever being lost, she never goes far and always comes back once i call her, never failed to return but i never let her be out during the night at all, but she will obviously need to be settled in fully before even going outside, i have tried to make her be an indoor cat but she tried to jump from my bedroom window upstairs. i have mentioned having three cats, one cat i kept from her first litter as i fell in love with him and couldn’t bare for her to be alone when the kittens were gone. Oreo is a beautiful sweet cat that has been surrounded by kids and small dogs, she has never once clawed me or anyone even when playing that’s who she is, they would be great companions so even if you are gone they both will have each other, even with each other the kitten still follows you around and comes when called:) both are just as affectionate, they will not be going to just anyone, i will want updates and pictures/videos as well as a visit once if not far just to see how they are settling in, this is a very hard decision that i am making as i love them both unconditionally and wish i have kept them all in different circumstances but unfortunately we are struggling as it is. Please message if there is any questions. the price is set on that as we want someone serious, however can be negotiable if it is genuine home as it is not about the money but who they are going to. ( i will obviously want for the new owners to spay the kitten once she’s old enough as well as get her chipped:), i have a big cage that can go with them and their blanket, if bowls are needed i’m more than happy to give! it’s designed for two cats.
