Description

Oliver is a little pointer puppy who has flown from Cyprus and is currently in foster in foster in Kinross-Shire, Scotland . This is what his foster mum says about him Oliver. (AKA. Oscar) is nearly 6 months old Oscar is a very loving, playful young lad and he is a very inquisitive puppy . He does pull on the lead, but with further training, he will make someone a loving family member. Oscar loves meal times. He will sit excitedly waiting for his meals. He does like to try and pinch human food, too! Oscar has been well socialised with humans and other dogs. He does love a good chase but he gets a bit anxious at barking dogs. He's great with children and likes the fuss. Oscar has seen our cats through the door but hasn't batted an eye at them. The cats are dog savvy! We are crate training Oscar at present which is going very well. He sleeps in his crate through the day if we go out and also through the night. He sometimes takes a few minutes to settle.. Oscar settles well when left in his crate but he can see our Doberman in his crate opposite. I think Oscar would love a home where his humans are fairly active. He does like to run. So when he is old enough, he would make a great running buddy. I think Oscar may also like the company of a 2nd dog. But, I'm sure he would settle without also. Oscar has no known health issues. Oscar would benefit from further training. He does respond to basic commands, sit, and stay. I'm sure the lucky people who decide to adopt Oscar and give him security and stability. Oscar will repay his humans with unconditional love.
