Milo has recently celebrated his first birthday so he is now of age where the ladies are catching his attention!
Milos mom is a standard Dachshund and his dad is a cream Shih Tzu.
When I went to his breeder to collect him, there was a total of 8 puppies in the litter (I included a couple of pictures of the original litter) - this may mean that he may also produce large litters and more puppies. There were many puppies that were dappled / merle in colour.
Milo is primarily black / grey with hints of red (especially in his moustache) and a white 'blaze' on his chest.
He is a perfect mix of both breeds - he has the soft fur of a shih tzu, longer legs than a dachshund so he can exercise and run better and his chest won't touch the floor like many dachshunds, he has a longer snout than a shih tzu so has no breathing complications. The unhealthy traits of both breeds have been removed so he is perfect to breed and create healthy puppies.
Milo is such an amazing character, he is so loving and is my little shadow. He loves to play with his Shih Tzu sister, Lola, and is so gentle with Gizmo the cat.
He is eager to get going and I'm sure he won't disappoint!
He hasn't been bred before so I would like to get him proven and be able to keep in touch in regards to any litters he has sired.
