Description

Unfortunately I am having to rehome my little girl Phoenix. She has just turned two years old [May 2025] and has started to become aggressive towards my Older 12 year old chihuahua. I think this is due to a clash of hierarchy as she can also be temperamental with my 6 year old child too. For these reasons I reccomend that she be rehomed with a pet free family and possibly with a family whom have older children. Phoenix is an absolute gem on her own! She is an Apple head chihuahua [Traditional breed standard] and definitely accommodates the characteristics. Prominent eyes, Erect ears, Short muzzle, Affectionate, Confident and has the "Big dog" personality! Apple heads are generally small with shorter legs and necks than the Deer head type. Phoenix is loyal and loving and loves "Nanites" [Bed time]. She will wait at the bottom of the stairs until it is her turn. She allows my older chihuahua to go first and will only go up when her name is called. She enjoys walking and is good on or off the lead. I wouldn't trust her at the moment off the lead around other dogs with her becoming aggressive towards my Older chihuahua. She is excellent being bathed and towel dried and will run round crazy afterwards. She can dance for a treat! And loves a Jumbone and a Cheesebone. Phoenix has not been spayed yet and will need a hernia repair and a baby tooth removal which the vet explained can be done under the same anaesthesia as spaying to reduce the cost. This reflects in the sale price! None of these issues affect her in any way. But I found it only right to reduce the sale price because of this where you can then get these done in your own time. Phoenix has a care plan at my local vets so is fully vaccinated [Up to date] flead [which is done monthly] and wormed [3 monthly]. She is also microchipped and will come with vaccination record and microchip record. She is black with patches of white [white patch on chest and right foot] Any more questions please dont hesitate to ask!
