Description

🌟 Loving 5⭐ Home Required for Bane 🌟 It is with extremely heavy hearts that we are looking for a very special home for Bane, a 2-year-old dog who has been loved and cherished since the day he came home at just 8 weeks old. Bane was raised in a family home with an 11-year-old child, a female owner, and her partner. He came into their lives after they sadly lost their beloved Staffy, Shanti, on ****************** Eve 2023. When they found Bane — born on ****************** Day — it felt meant to be. From day one, Bane has wanted for absolutely nothing. He has been spoilt rotten, has full run of the house, multiple walks every day, endless toys, love, attention, and stability. He is a well-cared-for, deeply loved dog. Unfortunately, over the past two months, Bane’s behaviour towards the male owner has changed. He has begun showing signs of resource guarding/possessive behaviour, including snarling and showing teeth when the male owner comes home from work. He has never bitten, and the male owner has never harmed him in any way, making this change extremely distressing and confusing for the family. With a child in the home, this behaviour has understandably caused serious concern. Despite trying various approaches, the situation has not improved. Bane is absolutely fine with other men entering the home — it appears he has become overly attached to the female owner and her son and is struggling with boundaries. Because of this, the heartbreaking decision has been made to give Bane a second chance in the right environment. 🐾 About Bane: • Generally a lovely-natured, affectionate dog • Raised in a home, not kennels • Used to daily exercise and attention • Has never known neglect • Will need clear structure, boundaries, and experienced handling 🏡 The home we are looking for: • Experienced, breed-knowledgeable owner • Pet home only (not for breeding or stud) • No young couples • Someone willing to put in time, patience, and consistency • A calm, stable environment • Willing to stay in touch with updates via text This decision has not been made lightly and has devastated the family. They only want what is best for Bane and will not let him go to just anyone. Finding the right home matters far more than finding a quick one. For genuine enquiries only, please message. 💙
