Her nature is loving and open, and she approaches every person as if greeting an old friend. 💔 Rescue Story
🐶 Duna’s story is as poetic as it is heartbreaking. She appeared one day as if carried by the wind across the fields — a sandy-coloured girl wandering alone near a row of summer cottages. People said there were people who fled the war from ******************n Ukraine rending a house for summer, bit one day they gone and most likely that was their dog left behind. In the warm months, these cottages are full of life, laughter and people. But as winter approaches, they become empty, silent places where no one stays, and where no dog could survive the cold.
🐶 Duna drifted from house to house like a lonely grain of sand, hoping someone might notice her. She had no safe place, no regular food, no one to protect her from the freezing nights ahead.
When rescuers brought her to safety, she welcomed them with a smile, tail wagging, trusting as if she had known them forever

Now living in a foster home in a village, Duna has shown herself to be the gentle, happy girl. She is wonderfully sociable and people-oriented, leaning in for cuddles and asking softly for affection. She adores men and children, greeting them with bright enthusiasm and genuine joy.
Her nature is endlessly positive — she doesn’t know how to be angry or upset. She is playful without being overwhelming, affectionate without being clingy, and confident without being demanding. With other dogs she is brilliant: friendly, calm and easy to integrate into a group.
Her foster describes her as “pure love” — a dog who smiles at life, trusts everyone, and brings warmth into any space she enters. At just two years old, she is still full of youthful curiosity, ready to explore the world and discover what a real home feels like.
