Macleay spectre stick insects are a great first pet for young children who love insects or for a creepy crawly lover. These insects feed on bramble, rose and oak but I feed mine on bramble.
These eggs were laid on 21st July 2025 and they should hatch in 3 to 6 months. When the eggs hatch you should have a mix of males and females.
Once you receive the eggs you should put them in a ventilated container with paper towel and spray with water every few days and wait for the little guys to hatch.
