Regrettably, due to housing circumstances, we are having to give up our 2 year old Miniature Dachshund, Frank.
If we are to let him go he needs:
1. Preferably go to a single person or a couple (we don’t have any children in the family so we’re unsure how he would be around them)
2. Needs a secure garden for him to run around and sniff.
3. Not be left on his own for too long as he is a very social dog.
He is good with other dogs his own size, but can be wary of bigger dogs.
He needs an owner who can put the time and effort into continuing his training, he can be reactive to the door bell as well as new people (his reactivity is linked to nervousness not aggression).
He has basic training e.g. sit, paw etc and is toilet and crate trained.
We don’t want a lot for him, we just want to know he’s going to a loving home.
