Can anybody give a new PET home to my gorgeous Whippet Star. Only rehoming due to my own health problems. If you are reading this, then please take it that he is still available.
Coursing and racing enthusiasts need NOT apply.
The ideal home would have another dog at home as a companion because my dogs are used to having other canine company too!
Star is a great dog, healthy, beautiful, loving, gentle and gets on well with other dogs. Very typical of the Whippet breed.
Good recall and very well behaved and very affectionate. Star is castrated and two years old.
He will NOT be all over you with affection on first meeting so please dont expect it! I live alone with the dogs and he will be wary of strangers at first. It will take him time to adjust so if you are looking for an instant bond, then he is not the dog for you. Whippets take time with new people.
Please get in touch if you think you could offer him a new five star warm home! Whippets hate the cold!
