Roxy is a beautiful Malinois who came into our care with Cairo, Newt and Caesar after their owner very sadly passed away. Since being with us Roxy has settled into foster extremely well and is proving to be a lovely girl who has an extremely high level of obedience. She is ball mad and loves to play tug. We have suspicions that Roxy may have previously been trained/in training for some type of sport.
Roxy loves people and children, but would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
She can be slightly reactive when on lead however this is very easy to manage and a 'leave it' and 'heel' she will walk to heel past the 'trigger' (usually a dog barking at her). We are looking for a pet free home for Roxy with an active family/couple/person who would maybe like to try out some obedience/sports with her (all of the foundations are there already!). She can live with children. She is house trained and sleeps in her crate at night, she can be left alone for a while. She walks extremely well on the lead too and has good recall on a long line (our foster hasn't tried her fully off lead yet).
