About Dexter
Dexter is our much loved 3 year 11 month old Shih Tzu available at stud. He is a full pedigree, Kennel Club registered boy with a lovely compact build and a beautiful lavender coat, which always gets compliments.
At home he is affectionate, cuddly and people focused. He is friendly with other dogs, well socialised and has a calm, sweet nature that makes him a joy to live with.
Pedigree and background
Dexter comes from a very healthy and successful breeding line. His father is a proven stud who has sired multiple quality litters. This is Dexter’s first time at stud, so his fee is set fairly to reflect that, while still recognising his pedigree and quality.
Health and care
• Kennel Club registered, full pedigree
• Microchipped
• Vaccinations up to date
• Regular vet health checks
• Flea and worm treated on schedule
He is a fit and healthy young dog with no known health issues. KC paperwork and vet records can be seen.
Stud terms
• Stud fee: £199, payable at first mating
• Up to two matings included, usually 24 to 48 hours apart
Your girl must be:
• In good general health
• Fully vaccinated and wormed
• Of suitable age and size for breeding
Please speak to your vet about the best timing in her season for mating and any progesterone testing you may wish to use.
