This is our much loved boy, who we originally took in as an abandoned puppy around 8 weeks old. He was dumped on a building site, probably due to his deformed foot. Blue does have what we refer to as his Velociraptor foot, but believe me when I say, it doesn’t stop him from doing anything. He is the friendliest little boy, who absolutely adores his peoples, especially the kids (they give good cuddles and drop crumbs haha). He gets so much attention from people, everywhere we go, much to his delight.
I am so sad to have to rehome him, but I have had to take on more days at work and that coupled with my own health issues, my boy just isn’t getting the time, love or attention that he so greatly deserves.
He has to go to a home where there are lots of people to love him and play games, also to protect him from scary fireworks. Someone who is allowed to take him to work with them or works part time, would be essential as he gets bored alone.
His foot has been checked many times by the vet and they have said unless it ever causes him pain, then it is fine to be left as is. He must wear a little sock or boot to protect the skin on his raptor foot though.
