🌸 Meet Stella – A Gentle Soul Looking for Her Safe Haven 🌸
Stella is a 10-month-old mixed breed pup, a dainty 7kg with the look of a little pocket pointer and the sweetest, gentlest nature. She is currently in St Andrews, Scotland.
When she first arrived, Stella was a very timid little girl – but with time, patience, and kindness she has begun to show just how much love she has to give.
She adores squeaky toys, tasty treats, and playing with other dogs. Stella is happiest in the company of her canine pals and would love to share her new home with a friendly doggy companion. Mealtimes are a joy – she’s wonderfully polite, eats from her own bowl, and is very food-motivated, which makes training in safe and familiar spaces much easier.
Stella is still a shy soul who can be wary of strangers, sudden noises, and especially men’s voices, but once she feels safe she blossoms into a playful and affectionate companion. She is good with children once trust has been built, and would thrive in a calm, understanding family.
🌿 The outside world feels big and overwhelming for Stella right now. Walks, car journeys, and busy places are stressful for her, so she will need a patient adopter to help her progress gently at her own pace. A secure garden or safe field where she can enjoy off-lead play until she’s ready for more would be ideal.
Because she bonds so deeply, Stella may struggle with being left alone, so she needs someone with plenty of time, patience, and love to devote to her.
💜 Stella’s dream home would be with a kind female adopter (with or without children), ideally with another friendly dog to guide her. Any men in her life will need to give her space, patience, and the time she needs to feel relaxed in their company.
If you can offer Stella the safety, love, and gentle guidance she needs, she will reward you with a lifetime of loyalty and joy.
