Rescue story:
I was found on the streets, weak, hungry and pregnant. Sadly, my babies inside me didnāt survive and I came very close to losing my own life too. But I held on...
When Dusica came to the vet to collect Paws2Freedomās Nelly and Nora after their spay, she met me and saw the frightened but hopeful little soul I was. Her heart melted and she took me under her wings. Paws2Freedom promised me that from then on, my life would be filled with kindness, safety and love.
Now Iām safe in the UK and dreaming of my forever home.

Yes ā when I shared space with cats before in Bosnia, I didnāt react to them
Behaviour / Temperament / Unique traits / Training needs:
Iām a gentle, affectionate and friendly little girl.
I can be a bit shy at first, but once I feel safe, Iāll happily bond with you and enjoy lots of love and cuddles.
Iām currently living in a foster home in Cornwall and Iāve settled in really well. Iāve slowly started going on walks and I enjoy exploring at my own pace.
I donāt pull on the lead, although I havenāt had any formal lead training yet.
At home, Iām calm and relaxed, but I do sometimes bark out of the window at birds or other wildlife,ā¦ theyāre very interesting!
My foster parents have taken me on walks around where I live, to the woods (where I got very excited about squirrels!) and even to their local pub on a quiet day. I coped really well, especially with my foster sister Nora by my side, which helped give me confidence.
Iām playful, but Iām not keen on very full-on dogs. Iām currently sharing foster care with Nora, who has lots more energy than me and while I enjoy company, I also like my peaceful moments.
I would love to share my forever home with another calm, gentle dog who respects my space.
I feel more confident outdoors when I have another dog with me. Iāve never lived without canine company, so if I were to live as an only dog, Iād need a very patient and experienced home to help me feel secure.
Oh, and one very important thing about meā¦ Iām very food-motivated, which should make future training a fun and positive experience.
House trained:
Yes ā Iām clean in the house and always do my business outside
Blood tested / Health:
Iām healthy and have tested negative for Ehrlichia, Lyme disease, Anaplasmosis, Heartworm, Leishmaniasis, Brucella Canis (SAT & iELISA), Babesiosis and Giardia. I had health checks before travelling and will also see a UK vet now Iām settled.

Iām looking for a settled, calm and secure home with a fully enclosed garden, where I can relax, enjoy training and feel safe.
Iād love to live with a calm, friendly dog who can keep me company and help me feel confident, especially when Iām out and about. If I were to be an only dog, Iād need a very experienced, patient adopter who understands rescue dogs like me.
Most of all, I need time, reassurance, gentle training, tasty treats and lots of love so I can continue growing into the happy, relaxed little doggy Iām becoming.
