Jack Russell (Freyja) –
It breaks my heart to do this, but I need to find a more suitable home for Freyja, my beautiful Jack Russell. She turned one on 4th August 2024, and although she is a wonderful dog, she has far more energy than I can provide for. I believe she was sold to me as a “family pet,” but it’s clear she is bred for working or high-energy activities.
Freyja thrives on stimulation, training, and physical activity — she would be perfect for a farm, working home, or a very active family. Due to boredom, she has started chewing (walls, leads, electrical cables) even in her crate. She’s incredibly tough, intelligent, and energetic — she needs a job, not just a sofa.

• Age: Just over 1 year (4th Aug 2024)
• Vaccinations: Fully up to date
• Microchipped (needs £20 registration)
• Female Not spayed yet (planned for age 2 not used for breeding)
• Great with kids
• Good with other dogs
• Fine with cats
• Excellent with new people (barks a little but harmless)
She has a confident little personality and thinks she’s bigger than she is — typical terrier! I truly believe that in the right hands, she could be a fantastic ratting or farm dog, agility dog, or just a brilliant sporting companion.
I will not let her go to a home where no one is around or one that cannot meet her energy and mental needs. My main priority is finding Freyja the active, fulfilling life she deserves.
