It's with a heavy heart that I am writing this advert for my boy Cody, it hasn't been an easy or light decision although I have to do best by him, sadly I haven't the time he deserves with 2 young children and work commitments and he is too good of a horse for a field ornament.
Cody has past education in all areas done dressage, cross county and he has a very excitable bold jump in the past although now due to our current livery we can’t continue his drive in these areas as unfortunately we have no facilities, so he now enjoys his hacking but can nap on occasions (nothing nasty, just plants his feet and needs pushing on) so needs a confident rider. Ridden in snaffle, light reined.
I’m sure Cody can pick up his knowledge back up in no time as he does enjoy his work.
I have owned Cody for 5 years now, and he is really a people horse type walks around with you poo picking like a dog wants to be involved in the conversation and just generally with you.
Nice ground manners – for my 4-year-old daughter - he will do everything and anything to please her of course. She has his heart, she likes to think he needs dress up sessions where boots end up on back to front often upside down, ear bonnets styling etc and Cody will stand there all day for her to play around with him – loves a pamper!
Cody would suit a competent adult/ older teenage
