Description
🌟 Her story
**Stella’s story is one of quiet heartbreak.
She entered the public shelter with her tiny pup — the only comfort she had left in a frightening place.
And on the morning she was finally meant to be rescued, her little one lay lifeless beside her.
She had to walk into safety with an empty heart, leaving her pup behind forever.**
Stella didn’t understand why life had taken so much from her.
But she followed our rescuers with her gentle eyes, carrying grief and hope in
the same soft heart.
In the safety of the private shelter she was given a name that reflects both loss and light:
Stella — “Star.”
Her pup is now a little star above her…
and Stella deserves the chance to shine here on earth.
Now she waits, gentle and fragile, hoping that someone will finally choose her —
not for what she has lost, but for the loving soul she still is.
Stella followed our rescuers with quiet confusion, carrying grief and hope inside...
In the safety of the private shelter she was given her name — Stella, “star” —
because her little one is now a star above her,
and she deserves to shine here on earth.
🐾 Appearance & possible mix:
Approx. 50–55 cm (can be measured on request)
Based on appearance alone, Stella may be a mix with:
Griffon Vendéen–type influences (scruffy, rough-coated beauty)
Border Collie–type traits (slender frame, soft expressive eyes)
Her rough coat, elegant build and deeply soulful gaze make her absolutely irresistible —
a dog whose gentleness radiates from the moment you look at her.
💛 Personality:
Stella is a sweet, sensitive and deeply gentle girl.
She is simply tender and cautious, moving quietly through life as she tries to understand a world that hasn’t been kind to her.
But her heart… her heart is still wide open.
With kindness, she softens.
With patience, she trusts.
With love, she blooms.
She is affectionate, warm and grateful with the people she comes to rely on.
Stella also gets along beautifully with other dogs.
A calm, stable companion could give her confidence, although equally, she will thrive with humans who are emotionally present and gentle.
She is the kind of dog who touches your heart just by existing.
🏡 Stella’s ideal home:
Stella would flourish in a peaceful home where she can grow softly, steadily and at her own pace.
She would need:
A secure, dog-proof garden (1m80 fencing highly recommended)
so she can explore safely before learning the lead
A calm household with gentle routines
Kind-hearted adopters who are home often
(she is not suited to long hours alone)
People who celebrate small steps and offer quiet encouragement
Optional: a stable, friendly resident dog
She does not need perfection — only patience, softness and a safe place to land.
🌟 A hopeful future
Stella has carried more heartbreak than any young dog ever should,
yet she still has the courage to hope again.
With the right family beside her, she will open slowly and beautifully —
like a flower finally feeling the warmth it has always longed for.
Let her little star in the sky guide her to the home she deserves.
Let Stella shine again.
