This is something I’ve thought about for a long time, but I’ve made the difficult decision to look for a new home for my beautiful girl, Slippers. ❤️ Slippers is a very timid and nervous cat. She has always been this way since I got her at around a year old, and although I absolutely adore her, I’ve come to realise that my home may not be the environment where she can truly thrive. I currently have four cats as well as a dog, so my house can be quite busy and, for a naturally timid cat like Slippers, I feel that she would be much happier somewhere calm, quiet and predictable. 💗 I am looking for: • A quiet, peaceful home • Ideally no other cats or dogs • Someone who understands that she is very shy and will need patience • Someone willing to give her time and space to settle in and build confidence • A genuinely loving forever home where she can feel safe and secure •preferably no young children as they may be too hyper around her which will make her nervous Slippers isn’t the kind of cat who will immediately run up to you for cuddles. She can be very nervous and may hide when she feels overwhelmed, but she is such a sweet girl underneath that little timid personality. And she will come out her shell with patience🥺❤️ This isn’t a decision I’ve made lightly at all, and I will be very selective about where she goes. Her wellbeing is my priority, so I would much rather wait for the perfect home than rush her into the wrong one. If you genuinely feel you could offer Slippers the calm, loving home she deserves, please message me and tell me a little about yourself, your home and what kind of environment you could offer her.
