Description
Due to a recent move to a flat, I sadly have to rehome my beloved male Ragdoll, as i cant provide him access to outdoors, which he loves. He is indoor/outdoor.This decision has not been made lightly – he is deeply loved and it breaks my heart to let him go, but I want him to have the life he deserves, with a safe access to the outdoors.
About Him:
Breed: Ragdoll x Birman (crossed for health reasons – to avoid genetic issues common in purebreds). But he has floppines of a Ragdoll and clever after Birman.
Age: 3 years old
Neutered at 4 months old, recently vet-checked, teeth perfect.
Litter-trained, uses tray with no issues.
Fed Canagan – high-quality food.
Fur doesn’t matt and he enjoys being brushed (especially after walks!)
Nails trimmed easily, great with car rides and vet visits (even the vet loves him!)
Personality:
True to his Ragdoll nature – floppy when picked up, gentle, and affectionate.Follows you around the home like a shadow.
Not a lap cat and doesn’t demand cuddles, but enjoys being picked up and stroked, especially by men.
Loves to play ( cat tunnel, boxes, toys etc) and thrives on calm, respectful human interaction.
Extremely intelligent – currently learning to use voice buttons!
Loves being vacuumed – yes, really!
Very well-behaved – responds beautifully to kind, gentle communication (he’s never been shouted at or said NO to). He just responds to talk and he somehow understands the gentle calm talk.
Not used to children, but fine with calm dogs and friendly cats.
Very timid around strangers outside when he goes for walks. He runs away from anyone who tries to aproach him. Thats why I let him out, as he is clever. He has always been super friendly with all cats. A bit goofy, even when cats are a bit not friendly, he doesnt gets discouraged and still tries to be friends. He managed to be friends with all neighbours cats.
Lifestyle:
He has been indoor/outdoor, going for supervised walks with a GPS tracker. I always greet him with a treat when he comes back so he comes back frequently to get a treat. Keeps close to home.
He asks for beeing brushed every time he comes back! Loves beeing groomed.
Always returned when called - he’s never wandered far.
Enjoys the outdoors and deserves a home where he can safely go outside again
What He Comes With:
Tractive GPS collar plus a spare (with premium subscription paid for one year)
Large cat tree.
6 Fluent Pet buttons.
All his belongings – brushes, tray, toys, etc.
Looking For: A calm, gentle, and experienced cat owner who truly understands animals and would never shout. He needs someone who will talk to him kindly, give him outdoor access and treat him with the same love and respect he's always known.
If you feel you could offer this special boy the right home, please get in touch – I’d love to tell you more about him.
