Poppy is an extremely loving, protective, funny and very playful dog. She’s grown up in our family home with children and a cat who she loves. She absolutely loves to fetch and will follow you everywhere for a cuddle.
Poppy has unfortunately suffered with a skin condition for a couple of years now, flaring on and off. We have had it under control with steroids however the last few months she’s the worse she has been (see last pictures). We have tried everything with the vets and unfortunately our insurance will not cover any further costs for her skin condition or a cover the costs at a dermatologist. I would never in a million years want to give her up but I just can’t help her anymore and would love her to go to a home where someone could maybe help find the cause of her illness and give her the extra attention and love she deserves.
Poppy is not for someone who wants a new cute little dog, she has a condition which will need attention.
