Due to a change in work circumstances we have taken the hard decision to sell our beloved West.
West is a 9 years old Irish thoroughbred, 16.2hh, ex-racer, retrained as a hacking horse. He is very gentle and of the sweetest nature.
He is the most confident hacker: alone or in company, front or back, he is super safe on the road - doesn't mind cars, motorbikes, bicycles, dogs, farm animals etc. Just perfect.
We have done some endurance training in the last few years so he's got a great condition and is used to conserving energy for long rides (30/40 miles a day). That said, he's a thoroughbred and an ex-racer, so if you are looking for the adrenaline of a full speed gallop every so often he'll be very happy.
