Deuce, our stunning 2-year-old Greek Hound girl, is now safe in a loving foster home – and the transformation has been nothing short of incredible.
After surviving an overcrowded shelter and being heartbreakingly close to being put to sleep, Deuce is finally discovering what it means to feel safe. And she is blossoming. 🌸
💬 Her foster family says:
“Deuce has settled in with no problem at all. She’s such a sweet, happy girl. She’s learnt so much on her own just by exploring and watching the other dogs.
She’s happy in the garden and now comes back every time, so she no longer needs a long lead (always supervised of course). She’s even started to initiate play with our dogs and with toys, which is amazing considering how little time she’s been here.
We can’t believe how quickly she’s come out of her shell. She’s not completely there yet, but the progress in such a short time is incredible. She’s also happy being on her own without the dogs – she just wants company.”
