Our beautiful Family cat Cottonball surprised us with 5 beautiful kittens in August. All 5 babies were born healthy and have thrived from day one and Cottonball has been the perfect mummy. There bed has been in our living room from day one so they have been loved and cuddled from newborn and this shows as they are so affectionate with us and all of them love to snuggle up with us and love all the attention you can give them, they play for hours with my young daughter and especially love chasing my daughter around the house with some string so these little babies would make a perfect family addition.
We haven’t wanted to rush our kittens with weaning and litter training and have left Cottonball (mummy) to teach them the ropes, this is why we have waited till they all seem ready to leave their mum and now they are all confident, independent babies fully litter trained and loving a mixture of wet and dried food, also they have been able to grow out of the naughty things kittens do when they are very young like climbing my poor curtains and leaving lovely wholes in them and ripping up all the toilet paper 😊!
Sadly for us they are ready to move on to their forever loving home now and we know with them being a little bit older they will fit into their new family’s easier and we feel it will be less scary for them now as they are all happy to not be with their mum.
They have all been treated and regularly treated for fleas and worms and they saw our vet at 9 weeks when we took Cottonball to be spayed (as much fun as it’s been we didn’t want any more surprises)
These little beauties are all white apart from a few little coloured markings on their head and matching tail markings.
We have “the twins” who are completely white with just a patch of black above there left eye, the one with the biggest patch is a girl and the other a boy. Both of them love each other and are always playing together and cuddled up together at night. We would love it if they went to a new home together and are very happy to come to and arrangement with price if it meant they stayed together.
Then there is Marble who has the most beautiful mixture of fawn and grey markings on her face and tail with a white fluffy body. As soon as you sit down Marble is straight on your lap and she loves all the attention you can give her and loves playing with a feather.
Milky has tiny coloured markings on her face with matching markings on her tail and is always with my daughter, either on her lap or wrapped around the back of her neck, she is very inquisitive and is the first to get into anything you bring home, and is always doing something silly to make us laugh.
Last but not least is Ginger, and by his name he is all white with a ginger tail and face markings, he loves to sit up like a meerkat and know what’s going on everywhere, nothing get past him!
We have treated these babies like our own since day one and anyone who visits always comments on how loving and confident they are with strangers and we hope this will make the transition into their new family life much easier and less stressful for them.
