This is Teddy
He has been hanging round our garden for about 2 years now he has only bonded with one person (my sister). Meows and runs upto her when feeding asking for food etc.
with me or anybody else however he hisses and runs away and never lets anyone else near him, we have a cat of our own who doesn’t like him being here so we need someone to take him
However I believe he would be best suited as as outdoor cat as he seems to enjoy his life and has never shown any interest of wanting to be inside.
Because of his nature I think it would be best to confine him to a secure area in a cage/run where he can be contained and have time to acclimatise and know that this is his home now and to be able to get used to it. As he simply could not just be released straight away as he would bolt. He needs someone to be able to devote time and patience in gaining his trust completely.
He has been caught and taken to the vets and neutered and microchipped so that’s all done.
Also someone not to far away would be best as I don’t want too long of a car journey for him. We are based near Pickering North Yorkshire
